1. Coolladen grants a warranty of twelve (12) months on all products. Coolladen is not liable for the exceeding of the warranty period indicated by the manufacturer and supplier. Coolladen respects the rights and requirements of the customers.
2. If the product is defective during the warranty period, please contact us at email@example.com and clarify the specific product defect. After we have checked the error, we usually give you some suggestions to solve the problem. If you cannot solve the problem yourself, we will ask you to return the product to our warehouse or repair facility. We will then arrange for repairs, returns or refunds.
3. Please note that if the defect is caused by the customer during the warranty period, Coolladen will make a cost estimate for the repair, which includes material and labor costs and return shipping costs.
4. If the following conditions are fulfilled, the product warranty expires:
4.1 The warranty period has expired
4.2 Improper use
4.3 If the product is not in its original condition (e.g. due to modifications)
4.4 If the product is used with accessories that the product does not support
4.5 Unsupported software or firmware

If one or more of the items you receive are damaged, incorrect, missing or unusable, this warranty protects you. Please contact us first and send us the pictures of the items / packages you received and provide information to describe the problem in detail. After we have confirmed, you will receive the RMA number and the return address.
After you return the product to the address provided by our customer service team, we can send you the new product free of charge (we will refund the return fee to the Paypal account you provided) or you can choose a full refund.
b. 15 Days Return for Exchange or Refund
If you are not satisfied with the product, you can request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving the order. Please contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) to get the return address. In this case you will have to pay the return shipping costs.
c. Return Process
Step 1: Send us an email and indicate that you would like to return the package. Provide us with your order number, and send us clear pictures or video. So that returned items can be classified and processed.
We will process your return request within 1 ~ 2 business days and send you the RMA number and return address
Step 2: We recommend you return the package within 1 week after sender address and RMA number. and we recommend you return the package with tracking number. In that case, your return request will be processed more quickly.
Step 3:You will need to wait a few days for the return to be processed at the warehouse and then arrange for a resend or refund. Avoid returning products with damage or or returning non-order products.

When returning the package, you must send it back to our EU warehouse address. Normally this is a German address. The return address depends on where we ship the product from.

After we receive the returned product and receive confirmation from the storage system, we will process the refund within 1 business day and you will normally receive the refund within 1 ~ 3 business days.

2. If you have purchased a cell phone, please delete all personal data in the item before returning it. Log out of your Mi account and return the call to us.
If you buy large items (such as scooters, vacuum cleaners, etc.), keep the original packaging for at least 15 days during the return period to prevent return or replacement.
3. To receive timely information about the returned package, we recommend that you choose a carrier who can track the package
4. If the return was caused by your dislike of the product, you are responsible for the return shipping fee. If the return is due to our fault, coolladen bears the return fee.
5. Full refund or a new shipment will be made within 1 to 3 working days after receipt of the returned package
6. For return requests, please use the attached e-mail first. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without prior notification.
We recommend to cancel the order before shipping. Once the package has been sent, the order cannot be cancelled as we cannot stop the package at that time. In this case you can refuse or return the package. As soon as we receive the returned package, we will refund you.
Normally we will process cancellation requests within 1 business day. After we have cancelled your order, we will arrange a refund soon. Normally you will receive a refund within 1 ~ 3 business days. Hopefully you can understand this.
