Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

  • Order Cut-off Time: 12:00 PM (GMT+08:00) China Standard Time (Monday - Friday).
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).

2. Shipping Methods & Cost

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders. We partner with reliable couriers like DHL, UPS, and FedEx to ensure safe and fast delivery.

4. Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages

Ensuring Successful Delivery: Please ensure your shipping address and recipient contact information are accurate and complete. An incorrect or incomplete address is the most common cause of delivery failure.

Handling Fees for Address Errors: If a package is returned to us solely due to an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping address provided by the customer, a handling fee may be deducted from any refund to cover our administrative and return shipping costs.

Other Delivery Issues: For packages returned due to reasons not attributable to a customer-provided address error (e.g., multiple carrier delivery attempts, logistical issues), we will work with you to arrange a re-delivery at no extra cost or provide a full refund.

5. Taxes and Duties

EU Warehouse: VAT is included in the price for EU destinations.

China Warehouse: Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes that may be levied by the destination country.
