3. Shipping and Time Zone Considerations

We operate from China (GMT+8). Due to time zone differences, there may be a window where an order is processed for shipping before our support team can review your email.

  • Unshipped Orders: If your order has not been dispatched, we will cancel it immediately and issue a full refund.
  • Orders in Transit: If the order has already been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be canceled. In this case, please follow our Return & Refund Policy once the package arrives.

4. Refund Process

Once a cancellation is confirmed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 1-3 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may require additional time to process and post the transaction to your account.
