Warranty Policy

Your Statutory Rights (For EU Consumers)

Under EU consumer law, you are entitled to a minimum 2-year legal guarantee from the seller for goods that are faulty or not as described. This Coolladen warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.

2-Year Manufacturer's Warranty

The warranty period begins on the date of delivery confirmation (as shown in the shipping tracking information). We stand behind the quality of our charging solutions for a full 24 months.

How to Claim Warranty Service

If the product malfunctions within the warranty period, please contact our after-sales service team at sales@coolladen.com. To help us locate your order quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number if possible, or other reasonable proof of purchase (such as the recipient's name, order confirmation email, or bank/payment statement).

Remote Support & Replacement: Our technical team may assist you via remote diagnostics—your cooperation helps expedite the process. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will arrange a repair or replacement at no cost to you.

Physical Inspection: If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, you may need to return the product to our service center for inspection. We will complete the assessment within 15 business days of receipt and propose a solution.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not apply to:

  • Products outside the 2-year warranty period.
  • Purchases from unauthorized sellers.
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., discoloration, material degradation).
  • Damage caused by:
    • Accidents, misuse, improper handling, or storage (e.g., drops, impact, exposure to extreme temperatures or liquids).
    • Pest/rodent damage, dust accumulation, or foreign object intrusion.
    • Unauthorized modifications or improper disassembly that causes additional damage.
    • Tampered serial numbers or warranty seals.
  • Damage due to force majeure (natural disasters, fires) or shipping mishaps during return transit not arranged by us.

Important Additional Information

  • Accessories & Packaging: Original packaging and free gifts are not covered by warranty, but defective products will be addressed.
  • Discontinued Products: If an identical replacement model is unavailable, we will provide a functionally equivalent or upgraded replacement.
  • Return Shipping: For confirmed warranty claims, we will cover the cost of returning the product to our service center. For issues not covered by warranty, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
