1. Delivery Timeframe

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

  • Order Cut-off Time: 12:00 PM (GMT+08:00) China Standard Time (Monday - Friday).
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Cost

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders. We partner with reliable couriers like DHL to ensure safe delivery.

4. Delivery Issues & Fees

If a package is returned to us due to customer-related issues, the original shipping fee and any incurred return shipping costs will not be refunded. A refund for the product cost will be processed upon receipt of the returned item. This includes:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
  • Inaccurate recipient contact information.
  • Refusal to accept the package upon delivery.
  • Failure to collect the package from the local post office/locker in time.

5. Taxes and Duties

For items shipped from our EU warehouse, VAT is included in the price. For items shipped from our China warehouse, customers are responsible for any import duties or local taxes that may apply.
