Warranty Policy

2-Year Warranty

The warranty period begins on the date of delivery confirmation (as shown in the shipping tracking information).

How to Claim Warranty Service

If the product malfunctions within the warranty period, please contact our after-sales service team at sales@coolladen.com. Your email must include:

  • A valid order number or proof of purchase (One of: Recipient's name, order email, payment transaction ID).

Our technical support team may assist you via remote diagnostics—your cooperation will help expedite the resolution process. If the product is confirmed to be defective, we will arrange a replacement.

If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, you will need to return the product to our service center for inspection. Upon receipt, we will complete the assessment within 15 business days and notify you of the solution.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Products or components outside the warranty period.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers (non-Coolladen websites or resellers).
  • Normal wear and tear, including discoloration, material degradation, or consumable parts.
  • Damage caused by
    • Misuse, improper handling, or storage (e.g., drops, impacts, exposure to extreme temperatures, liquids, solvents, acids, or alkalis).
    • Pest/rodent damage, dust accumulation, or foreign object intrusion.
    • Unauthorized modifications, disassembly, or failure to follow official user manuals.
    • Tampered/altered identification labels (serial numbers, warranty seals).
  • Products without valid proof of purchase.
  • Damage due to force majeure (natural disasters, accidents) or shipping mishaps during return transit.
  • Non-material defects (minor performance variations that do not affect core functionality).

Coolladen is not liable for the above issues. For such cases, please contact the relevant party for assistance.

Special Notes

  • Packaging, free accessories, or gifts are not covered under warranty. However, defective products may be replaced if the issue is reported upon first use.
  • Coolladen is not responsible for warranty promises made by unauthorized agents or resellers.
  • For discontinued products, you may choose:
    • Functionally equivalent or upgraded replacement
    • Pro-rated refund based on usage time.
